There are few installation options possible so let's see which one you have:
If you have the Steam Generator + Serenity Light and Sound + inside Shower Control installed you should see the below icons:
If you have the Serenity Light and Sound + inside Shower Control installed you will see the below icons:
If you have the Steam Generator + inside Shower Control installed you will see the below icons:
If the above devices are not properly connected or there is a communication issue with any devices you may re-scan the system to see what device are online. Here are the steps:
Touch on Settings icon
Touch on Equipment
Touch on Scan For Devices
On this screen you see all Devices that are connected and ONLINE. If you know that you have physically installed and connected a specific device into our system.
- Check the main house breaker(s) AND/OR breaker(s) on the specific device to make sure they are in ON position
- Check physical connections to assure they are all plugged into power supply including the PDM (Power Distribution Module)
- Cycle the power to that device
- Wait about 20 seconds for the device to come online
Touch on Scan
You should now see the device to be ONLINE and listed as shown above
Turn Off the System
Restart the system by Slide To Relax
Touch on any of the two Users
You now should be able to see the icons and features enabled for all of your connected devices
